1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We do not accept returns on personalized, perishable, or used items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Pack your items securely and ship them to the address provided.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge.
